I hate to mention the word in this forum, but check out Lotus Notes. A complete, robust development environment that makes this stuff look easy. No more GPF problems; forget about application distribution problems. I can develop a Notes Calendar application in 1 hour and 1 hour later have it on all my remote users laptops, and never hear from them again...
