I thank you both very much for your time,
I copied the standard include files my program needed, renamed them and changed what needed to be changed. All errors were really a bug from the compiler
(e.g. he just accepts one of the two template functions 'sort' in VECTOR).
I had to copy, rename and change the include files but now it works.
