Since Microsoft is a corporation consisting of individuals I am afraid the best that could be done is to obtain opinions from individuals within that organization. There can be no one voice or can there? Perhaps we should ask the marketing department, as marketing is all knowing of all topics concerning any organization. Customer Service will have something to say on this topic. Do not forget the development team as they are closest to the heart of the topic. In reality, it is top management who is all knowing as they understand the big picture.

Well, call Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer with your questions – surely they care.

Oh well, the above suggestions seem real but not practical so we better stick to the UT.
