Actually, I wrote this in response to some...ummm...language "problems" we had here some months ago. This would allow folks to express themselves however they saw fit. If you saw something like the above, you had the choice whether or not to decipher it. That way folks could express themselves and no one could complain about being offended. After all, it's their choice. For example, in my original post I called myself one crazy 0x6D6F74686572206675636B6572. Yes, it vulgar, so don't decode if easily offended.:-)
