In the "Microsoft BackOffice Server 4.5 Developer Edition I have the following CDs.

7 Microsoft Back Office Server CDs
1 Microsoft Outlook 200 CD
1 SP4 for NT4 CD
2 Frontpage 2000 CDs

So it looks like I didn't get or misplaced the 8th CD.
