See if this works (you'll need 3 3.5 disks):

1. Insert Disc 1 into the CD-ROM drive
2. Get a Command Prompt
3. Go to \i386 drive on the CD
4. type winnt /ox

Any reason you are using NT? I am really happy with Win2K.
