Have you considered ShellExecute()? That will pop up the default browser if you use a URL. If you use a File like a JPG or GIF, it will bring the image up in whatever that system has teh extension regestired too. Maybe IE, maybe Netscape, maybe something like Photoshop.

What if you used a browser window directly on a form, and showed the image in that?
