There are 3 basic methods. You can use MAPI and a Simple MAPI Client. The way to do this is use teh MAPIMessage and MAPISession ActiveX objects. This is what Nigel's class uses. It doesn't need to use Outlook Express, it can use any other Simple MAPI Client.

You can use SMTP, as Rick's wwIPStuff class uses.
