I had already done that some time ago. I went to Update account, marked thread, went to each of the messages unmarked them and saved them.
But in the marked messages list in the agent they still show (for some weeks now).
I went to each of the messages (tough task not being a PUTM) and verified that they were not marked. Anyhow I marked each of them, saved and unmarked them again saving again.

No way. They still show in the agent - marked messages list.
