However, one difference is that Drew aspires to be a big dick.

(For lurkers, this is sort of an inside joke. At DevCon a few years ago, one person wrote on Drew's evaluation that he was a dick. The next year, Drew showed this to the attendee's of one of his sessions, and told everyone he was going to try harder this year so someone would rate him as a BIG dick. It was hilarious!)
