My .02$ on that are that you pass the exam for on these 2 reasons:
1- For the title (MCP, MCSD, MCSE, MCDBA, ...) only.
2- For the knowledge first and then you pass the exam to prove that you have the skills to use it.
If your reason is 1, choose almost any books and/or softwares specific for the exam.
If your reason is 2, read BOL completly and ... more than once!
