I made to exes and then gave then to my client throught setups.
I then installed sp4 on my machine and then gave some bugs fixes to my clients.

they never received this error before and since i put SP4 on my machine and then gave them a new EXE they receive this error.

any Ideas?

PS. I also re installed the application with a setup build for SP4...on the clients machine.
