Hi Jim:

you need to be connected to the internet before the transaction.
with sign up I would provide my vfp code (you need wwipstuff).
it uses the wwipstuff https connection to send the required info
to your account web page and you get results back.
you can also do tranactions manually on your account web page
or with my vfp code programmicly send the tranaction.
I have a 3 second answer back on a 256k DSL line.
Also this does address verification.
this was the lowest cost that I could find so I use it too.
you need this and from a bank a merchant credit
card account(I use visanet- its a type of account)(I use US Bank).
