I have a table which uses a look-up table as it's source for 2 fields, a code and a description.

I have a form which users want to enter new codes etc.. for when they add a new record. How do I get a text box to display the correct value based on what is selected in a combo-box for that record. i.e. the Description that relates to the code chosen.
