the simplest way to do this is to run a SQL into a cursor that holds only the fields you want to report on from both tables. You can then order that cursor any way you want. If your not comfortable with SQL I suggest you learn it becuase it is by far the best way do do this stuff. It sounds like this one should be easy to do.
