This was the expected workaround. I have implimented this solution. The load times are not significant individually. So I load the first tabs data and then show the form, then, I load the other tabs data in order. If the user clicks on an unloaded tab its loaded next. The entire process only takes about 9 seconds so its not a negative user experiance this way. Looking over the shoulders of my testers i see that they usually sit there looking at the first tabs worth of data for almost a minute teeking and peeking. :)
