Try the command SET SYSMENU TO DEFAULT from the command box and see if the class browser appears in the tools menu. If it does, shut down VFP properly and re-start and re-check if the tools menu has the class browser. If it does not, try re-installing VFP. There is no reason (linked to Win95) which I could think of which will 'hide' the class browser other than the fact that the class browser was not registered properly in the Windows registry. If, after re-installing VFP, the problem persists, you may have to re-install Windows95, which will possibly solve your Notepad problem too. But don't do that until you have exhausted all other possibilities.
