I've tried using the load event but the grid is not loaded yet.

I put it after the mygrid.refresh statement, but it did not seem to matter.

Put it in the form.initalize dosn't work either.

I finally put it in the dbgrid.click event to make sure I wasn't going nuts and sure enough, it worked. So I moved it to the form.resize event and it refreshes the column widths.
