WIN98SE, but it's only created more and solved none.
OK, so I'm a bit behind the times...
The only real problem my Win95 OSR2 PC had was poor performance when using USB.
I thought Win98SE would cure the problem... WRONG!
With 98SE,
1) I had to change a BIOS setting (dealing with the A20 line, I believe) from Fast to Normal;
2) I lost the ability to share interrupts, which means none spare for USB (so no USB at all now!);
3) Unreal Tournament now hesitates frequently during gameplay!
If I wasn't convinced that it would cause more problems, I'd downgrade to Win95 without hesitation.
