If you run the EXE in the development environment then that is what you will see. If you run it from the command prompt or a shortcut, then it will show up as one of the applications. It will probably still have a Fox icon.

If you want to do this programmatically from within the application, then check out SYS(16) and PROGRAM() in the help.
