I have installed SP4 in many PCs. After restart, when the desktop loads, appears a dialog with the follow title: "Windows 95 Setup", the message is: "Windows is setting the follow items..." (or something like that, I´m translating the original message in Spanish). That dialog appears every PC's restart.

Well that isn´t too bad. MS says that they fix it in Service Pack 78 (coming soon)!!!
