Thanks John. I've gotten the doc started and clipped some or your response to Michelle. I did leave out some of your remarks, as I did with other individual posts (the more personal stuff!)

I had not thought of the wiki but there should probably be a similar doc there. I'll work on it this week and let you know. Thanks again.
