Hmmm...have you tried opening the window and screaming at the top of your voice? That's all I have left I'm afraid.

>>OK, a few other things - does outputting from WinZip change the file attributes (hidden, system, archive)? Is the SCT/SCX file being marked as a system file when first produced (by VFP, say, or possible automatically by Windows - somebody mentioned SCX/SCT being the same extension as that used by the Windows Scripting Host) and this attribute is being removed by WinZip? I think that EasyCD can be set to skip system files. Actually, now I think of it, does the creation date change when you output from Winzip? (I'm trying to think of what could be different between the files). Have you tried unzipping back to the location that you zipped from (overwriting) and does the copying still work?
>Robert,
>No Winip does not change any of the attributes, the files are not being marked as hidden or system. Yes Easy CD can be set to skip those but it is not set to skip any, The dates are the same. Easy CD can be set to use different dates but this has no effect and in fact was one of the first things that I tried. Yes I have unzipped back to the same location. I have even changed the icon in My Computer | Tools | Options | File Types from the Form to the Fox but that did not change anything so I put it back to normal.
>Thanks - stilled working on it - but puzzled.
>regards
