Probably 450 of'm don't know how to "copy&paste" using Windows Explorer. Tell them to use WE and they'll come back with a msg saying it can't find the internet. At lest they try. Most have sheets of paper around their cubical listing the steps to do certain things. Step outside that list and their helpless. Most can't tell the difference between behaviors of WinXX and the apps themselves. And, most of them think that "PC" and "Windows" mean the same thing, which is why Gates is a billionaire.

MS has managed to make Windows synonymous with PC, and that's as much to their credit as everyone else's failings. I'm going to be buying a new PC within the next few months (a P4), I can hardly wait for that since one of my requirments will be no OS or software. I may end up having to build my own.< g >
