On "Title/Summary" it's called "New Page" and is a checkbox under Report Title and Report Summary in the dialog box under the "Title/Summary..." option under "Report" on the menu.

On "Data Grouping" it's "Start each group on a new page" which is the second checkbox in the lower half of the Data Grouping dialog box under "Data Grouping..." under "Report" on the menu.

These directions are for VFP6 and VFP7. If you have VFP3 or VFP5 I can't help you as I have never worked with them. Sorry.
