Two questions that have given me a minor case of frustration over the last couple of days:

1) How do I set up a default for a CComboBoxl control? For example, clicking the new button on a CBizObjMainatenanceForm displays Properties page with the controls empty. I want the Combobox to display a default value in place of a blank entry.

2) Related question. In my CComboxl (Similar to the CStateComboboxl) control I placed a label to the right of the drop down inside the container to hold the long name of the the code (for example, Virginia for code VA). Using the Combox InteractiveChange Event I can place the code long name in the label when the code changes. However, when the page displays initially the long name is blank or may contain the long name from the previous code. How can I get current the long name to display when the Properties page displays? I've looked at PostReQueryHook, Init, and a few other events but nothing seems to work. Suggestions? What have I overlooked?

I've been using MM for a couple months -- yes a newbe and still on the learning curve -- and am now getting into my system development cycle. It sure has made life and development easier.
