Kevin McNeish from Oakleaf Enterprises, maker of The Mere Mortals Framework, incorporates Rational Rose training using the 30 day demo product into his framework training class. Plus Oakleaf does a great deal of other work in Rational. Perhaps if you contact them after their back from DevCon, you might be able to arrange a custom/dedicated Rational Rose course.
