I had exactly the same problem: 18 pages in my pageframe and I get the fatal exception error each time when I go to 2 of them (always the same 2 pages) then immediately release the form. I finally figured out that it has to do with the pageorder settings for some (if not all) of the pages because I seem to have fixed it by re-ordering all the pages so they appear in the same order they were added to the pageframe. Ok, this is just my story but hope it gives you an idea.
