Finally!

I had cleared my cache and refreshed the frame over and over with no luck. I exited and entered the UT with no luck. I completely shut down IE, went to Windows explorer and deleted all the temp internet files except cookies. No luck. I checked my settings and it's set to check for a new version of the page every time I load a page. Nothing worked.

Finally, I tried opening the frame and a new window. The Folders showed up there. I closed that and tried refreshing the frame one more time to see if that jogged it. Nope. In frustration, I refreshed again. Finally, it worked!

I now have my folders back.

Just to be clear to anyone following this saga, I don't think this had anything to do with the UT. I also appreciate Michel F. emailing me to try and solve the problem. I think the problem lies in this latest version of IE. I've had nothing but trouble with it since I upgraded.
