The easiest way to do it is to go into the Visual Basic editor in Excel and press F2 for the Object Browser. Then you can look up attributes and constants. To see them in use, Record a Macro in Excel, do what you want to do then stop the recording. You can then go into Macros, and edit the new macro and see what Excel is doing. It's an easy translation to VFP from there.
