I think, it's in your account configuration, where you can specify Folders. As PUTM you can keep there as many messages, as you want, while BUTM are limitited to have just 5 (if it still applies). BTW, now after sending this message my folders are just fine and I can not reproduce this error. But it's a systemic problem, I just haven't mentioned this before...
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
