That's probably a fair statement. I don't want to put words in Calvin's mouth, so what I'm saying is strictly my take. On the MS end there's tons to do. This is consistent with a statement I've made many times in the past that, "...porting to a 64 bit OS is not a simple re-compile, but a re-design" (or words to this effect).
For us, as long as we didn't use anything that originally included for backward compatibility, the problems are no where near as complex. It may be an oversimplification, but it may in some instances be as simple as a re-compile under the new OS and installing the new runtimes. I can say with some degree of assuredness, that it'll be nothing like moving from FPW to VFP (but that should be pretty obvious).
