>Seagate is not going to add native support for VFP tables. There is no reason they should. Native support of data is going the way of the dodo. In VFP 7.0 there will be an OLE-DB provider. That is how to get to VFP data.
An interesting tidbit from today's session is that the Crystal Reports.NET is a completely rewritten product that can tie into WinForms and WebForms, with drill-down support, and can consume XML. Yag made the comment that you could use CURSORTOXML() and feed the result directly into the CR control, in addition to using OLE-DB.
