Those menu options will almost never be enabled in your application. Theya re only enabled when the window with focus is one that VFP can directly print, and your forms aren't that kind of window.

If you want that functionality in your system menu change those menu options, remove the BAR NUMBER as the option and make it Command, then for the command use SYS(1037) for the Print Setup dialog. Chcek out other fucntions like GetPrinter() and the other SYS() functions for other options you might want in your menus.
