The SP upgrade may help or it may not. This is related to printer drivers also. If you're using the PROMPT clause in your reports try changing to GetPrinter and set the printer to the returned value. It's a little more programming but the user doesn't see a difference and I've found it works even when upgrading SPs doesn't (I had a client with this problem and we tried every imaginable upgrade of drivers and SPs)
