Hi Robert,

A thread similar to this one keeps coming back about every three months.

You should do a search on past threads (I just hope that you can do searches) to see what's been said about this topic.

For now let me tell you that VFP7 should be released in the beginning of the next year. It's been heard at DevCon that the VFP team is working on VFP8.

So I guess from this that VFP is here to stay :-)
