Ok, I'm horrible at writing stuff that makes sense to anyone but me. So if any one would like to rewrite this document (and yes, if I did forward this to you, it is a hint... yes you, David Stevenson ;-) please do so. Stuff like, what is the CLR might be nice, all of its fine.

Anyways, once a decent document is written up, I'll make it its own page on my site, and spruce it up a bit more from there. Keep the opinions coming!
