In looking at Florida's, this one made me wonder:

"It is illegal for men to be seen publicly in any kind of strapless gown."

Now consider that this is a City of Miami law, and there were a bunch of Foxers just there. I'm wondering how many, if any, broke this law, and if they did, were they arrested?
