I just learned that FP2.6a/Mac is not compatible with the great new MacOS 8! And I learned it the hard way, but installing the new system, setting everything up just the way I liked it, finally launching Fox and watching a series of error messages: error type 10, error type 11, error type 1, and no error at all, just system freeze.

Every other program I have of equal age runs just fine on OS 8, but not MS Fox. Too bad for us as our business cannot operate without the FP application I have spent the last 4 years of my life creating and maintaining. I have not had the time to convert to VFP/Mac and don't know if it has a problem with the new system or not. Has anyone out there tried it?

PS:
We are an all Mac house; have been since 1986 and have too much blood, sweat, and tears (and $$) wrapped up in the Mac platform to sell out to Wintel. (That is a whole other story....)
