Did you have different data structures at home and work?

Did the checkbox classes at home and work have different default values at design time - the default is 0 - I've seen mismatch errors on that sort of thing before.

If you suspend when the error pops up, is it a line of code that's blowing up?
If not, you still might could check PROGRAM() in the watch window and that might be of use.
