I use linux every day, with Samba, for hosting all my dbc,'s dbf's and sending email
So with VFP sitting on my users NT Box's all over, the 'Server' is a linux box.
Because of the stability issuses, of Linux / vs NT, I have at least one way to keep vfp more stable, than relying on an NT server, to hold files...
yes, I for one, dont see, the use for vfp linux, as I dont know any ' users' who have a linux machine, as their desktop machine... But many many companies, are using it for servers, in a variety of ways.
