No, actually it is looking for a void pointer (any data type) to a reserved memory location that the DLL uses for processing. This is not a Win32Api DLL, but rather a DLL library purchased from another company that we need to integrate into an application we are working on. In other words, this DLL was not specifically designed to be called from VFP, so it is not aware of handles (window, file, etc.) created by VFP. Anyway, thank you for the input, but I believe I have found the answer to my problems, however, I still have a little work to do to implement and test the solution.
