Could you first connect to the server from the terminal and see the server under Network Neighborhood?

What is the error that you get? Is it the following error?
"File \\Da_server\da_server\computer.dbf does not exist"

Can you see from the terminal this file? Check the exclusiveness for this file and see if another terminal had already opened?
