You have to provide access to run scripts in your virtual directory of your web site.

1. Go to Personal Web Manager in your Administrative Tools folder
2. Click the Advanced icon on the left side
3. Select your virtual directory
4. Click Edit properties button
5. Choose Scripts in the Applications Permissions.
