True - I shouldn't try to be even a little sarcastic on 3 hours of sleep and a long day of data conversion < yawn >

But it does seem that even eliminating cursors means one might as well go to VB, since you would have to use ADO and VB works better with ADO than VFP.
Nothing is faster than VFP working with it's own data engine.
So it would seem like both tools are not being used to their fullest.
Insanity: Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
