Sit around with your partner and brainstorm for as many ideas as possible. Throw out anything that is too long --for music groups three syllables is the traditional maximum. Then throw out anything that is too clever. That part may be really hard because alot of programmers love clever. Let it marinate for a few days and if it grows on you go with it. Of course when I had to come up with a name I had about ten minutes so went with the suggestion of secretary at the company I was doing the contract work... Oh and make sure to do that internet search (that someone suggested) before you get your heart set on it.
