To All,
Sct and Scx will not copy to Adaptec CD Windows 2000 [Clean Install] NTFS SP1, VFP 06.00.8862.00 Adaptec Easy CD Creator Deluxe 4.02 d [292]
VFP form files will not copy to CD BUT if winzipped version 8 and then extracted they will copy to CD OK. Other members of UT have had this problem with NT4 but I do not have NT4 here any more to check.
Signed on as Administrator and can copy these files to any where else on the system including floppy.

Hello from Adaptec,

This email is in response to your recent inquiry regarding Easy CD Creator.

We have seen an issue where SCT and SCX form files from Visual Fox Pro can't be dragged into a layout. You will most likely notice that if you select specifically one of these files and try to add them nothing happens.

We are still researching this issue but have been so far unable to replicate it. It appears to be a combination of Visual Fox Pro and NTFS partitions. None of the issues reported were working with FAT16 or FAT32.

For the time being your workaround with the Zip file would be all that we could suggest. We have not seen this issue happen with any other type of file.

In fact I have a disc with a FAT16 partition on this machine and it has the same problem. so I will go back to Adaptec with that.
