I noticed that a half a year ago, tried to get some ignorant tech to look at it, and they just blew me off. How can you trust that software - who knows what else isn't going onto the CD or what goes on there incomplete.

Don't ever buy any software from Adaptec if you can avoid it. This is how they support all their stuff. And don' mention how bad and slow EZ-CD Writer is.

I use Nero instead - much better and leaner product.
