YES!

Some one already mentioned that the Fujistu Cobol will compile.

Eiffil will also compile. See http://www.eiffel.com/announcements/2000/pdc/press_release.html

"The Eiffel-Sharp compiler generates MSIL code for high-performance execution by the .NET Framework’s common language runtime. "

I'm looking for others and will let you know, but I'll bet the others will also. So the bottom line is you will able to use almost any language you want with the CLR except VFP.
