I haven't decided wether or not this happened or the UT played a practical joke on me, but does anyone else see a new color scheme?

I have a bright olive color on all the tables, and the form borders are all 1 pixel wide, 2D now. My most anything related to Private Messages is 100% black.

Its kindof retro, so I'm not complaining, just wondering if everyone else sees this. And it impossible to see half the text on the Private Messages screen :-)
